At Our Furniture Warehouse, we want you to love your new home setup; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our customer care team via email or phone with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions for the pickup or drop-off.
Schedule Collection
For large furniture pieces, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the items directly from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
